Annsmuir Park Homes located in the Fife Countryside

Although situated in this sleepy part of the Fife countryside we are easily accessible from most locations in Scotland, being less than 45 minutes from Edinburgh Airport and 30 minutes from Dundee.

 

Annsmuir Park Homes are situated just off the A92. To access us from the south and west it is advisable to take the A92 to Dundee which bypasses Ladybank. We are then situated about 1 mile north of the Ladybank turnoff on the right hand side. However if you are coming from the north or east of Fife you will find the us 1/2 mile south of the A92/A91 Cupar roundabout. We are then on your left hand side.

 

We're only a 10 minute drive on the A92 to Glenrothes. From there it's a 30 minute drive to the Forth Road Bridge with access to the motorway network and Edinburgh International airport. InterCity trains stop at nearby Cupar for direct access to Edinburgh, routes to London, Aberdeen and the rest of the UK.
